Online Shop Regulations MARBO sets rules for the procurement and sales of exercise equipment company MARBO Inc. via an online store at www.marbo.pl.

GENERAL TERMS, CONDITIONS AND ORDER OF SALE:

   4th Orders placed on weekdays after hours. 15.00, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
   5th A prerequisite for the execution of the contract is to register in the system MARBO Online Shop. Comment or phone number (s) e-mail address is required to confirm acceptance and confirmation of the order. Contracts which can not be verified within 3 working days will not be realized. Each order accepted for implementation will be confirmed by phone or electronically.
   6th Orders confirmed the implementation can not be canceled.
   7th Orders for which there is any doubt, will be reviewed by our services, the contract may be canceled by the store. Purchaser will be informed of that fact.
   8th Ordered items will be shipped the Polish Post, courier (DHL) or their own transport, depending on the place of dispatch of the goods and the delivery method selected.
   9th Prices in the Internet Shop MARBO are expressed in Polish zlotys and include VAT (gross price). If you buy goods which entered is incorrect price, the service shop server error or the buyer will be informed of this fact and the order will be canceled.

TERMS OF COMPLAINTS:
